Yes. You can switch at any point in your NDIS journey — you don’t have to wait until the end of your plan. Your supports should always reflect your current needs and preferences!

Usually, yes. Most service agreements include a notice period, often between 14 and 30 days. We can help you check the details and prepare your notice!

No. Your NDIS funds are tied to your plan, not your provider. They stay with you when you move!

You can, but you don’t have to do it alone. Some participants prefer to send a written notice themselves, while others ask us to assist. Either option is perfectly okay!

It depends on your current agreement, but many participants transition within 1–2 weeks. We’ll help coordinate timing and make the process as smooth as possible!

Yes. You can switch just one service or multiple — whatever feels right for you. Your NDIS plan allows you to change parts of your support without affecting others!
